Rule 24
Get commission for the period of work
Even though the insurance agent's license has been revoked as per Section 33 of the Act due to non-renewal, if he has done any work related to insurance business before the period of non-renewal, the insurer shall pay him the amount of commission to be received in accordance with Rule 23.
